My order has not started, what should I do?+

If you're experiencing issues with your order, please ensure you have:

  • Typed in the right Instagram username
  • Not changed the Instagram username
  • Allowed 24 hours for completion of order delivery
  • Set the Instagram username to public

Why is my follower count going low?+

If you experience drops within the first 30-days of your purchase of Instagram followers, we will happily refill your followers with Superviral Refill guarantee.

From time to time, you may lose a small percentage of followers. This will cause the follower count to drop temporarily. Once you experience the small drop, we will automatically replenish your Instagram account with followers.

How to disable refills?+

To disable or re-enable your refills for your followers, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please find your order number. To find your order, please search your email's "inbox" and "junk" folder to find the order confirmation email. You should see a 7-digit number - this is your order number.
  2. Go onto the "Track My Order" page by Superviral
  3. Enter in your order number and the email address you've used to make your order with Superviral
  4. Click on the large "Track My Order" button.
  5. Under the "30-days auto-refill guarantee" section, please click on the "Disable refills" button to disable your refills.

To re-enable your refills, you can click on the same button to resume refills.

I've changed my mind; can I change or remove the order?+

Once an order has been made, we immediately start delivering the genuine Instagram followers to your account. Due to the rapid speeds of delivery, we’re unable to undo the delivery.

However, Instagram's amazing feature on the app allows you manually unfollow the followers you wish to unfollow.

How often do you replenish the followers? +

Once you've completed your order, our systems will automatically monitor your account once every 12 to 16 hours hours to check if there is a drop in followers on your acccount. Once we’ve detected a change in followers, we’ll start replenishing your Instagram account with followers you've lost.
